PD4 Series

The PD4 is ideal for almost all applications that require one or all of: multiple lights, external control, strobe, ON/OFF or continuous illumination method, intensity control, easy PLC communication (PLCCOM), and/or sequencing/recipes.

    • Continuous, ON/OFF, or strobe lighting

    • Lighting output of 60W or 120W

    • 2 or 4 channel options

    • For lights that have an SM or EL connector

    • Ethernet or parallel external control

    • Parallel type supports NPN and PNP connections

    • 1,024 steps of precise intensity settings

    • Turn lights on in desired pattern with sequence control function

    • Supports PLC link function for easy integration with PLC

    • Trigger output function simplifies the synchronization of camera and lighting

    • Save up to 8 lighting settings with Recipes

    • Real-time information monitoring from applications, such as operating status and operation logs

PD3 Series

The PD3 controller is for applications that require one or all of: multiple lights, external control, strobe, ON/OFF or continuous illumination method, and/or intensity control.

    • Continuous, ON/OFF, and strobe lighting

      • HLV series cannot emit strobe

    • Digital display to easily check set values

    • 256 stage dimmer settings

    • Ethernet, Parallel, or EIA-485 external control

    • AC input types and DC input types available

    • PNP or NPN option available

    • For lights that have an SM or EL connector

      • PD3-3024-3: 3 channel/28W

      • PD3-5024-3: 3 channel/48W

      • PD3-5024-4: 4 channel/46W

        • 24V & HLV series spot light

      • PD3-10024-8: 8 channel/95W

        • 24V & HLV series spot light

    • Parallel type has fastest switching for settings

    • Ethernet types support standard TCP/IP and UPD/IP protocols

    • EIA-485 type can individually manage up to 4 units using multi-drop wiring

    • PWM frequency is available in 125kHz (standard) and 500kHz (custom)

PSB4 Series

The PSB4 is a high-power controller that is ideal for large lights over 100W and line scan applications.

    • Lighting output of 300W

    • 1 or 2 channel options

    • Operating knob and LCD display

    • Dimmer value set to 256 or 1,024 levels

    • Dimmer range can be switched between 3 levels

    • External control via Ethernet and parallel communication

    • For lights with a metal or EL connector

    • Parallel communication cable: EXCB2-M20-3

    • ON/OFF input cable: EXCB2-M10-3

    • Combined parallel communication cable / ON/OFF input cable: EXCB2-M10M20-3

CC-ST Series

The CC-ST controller is made for applications with small lights that require continuous, strobe, or ON/OFF illumination method and intensity control.

    • Continuous, ON/OFF, or strobe lighting

    • Lighting output of 10W

    • 1 channel

    • For lights that have an SM connector

    • No external control

  • External signal cable: NFCB2-CC-3

CN-PoE Series

The CN-EPOE controller is for systems that would benefit from one LAN cable for power and Ethernet communication.

    • Continuous or strobe lighting

    • Lighting output of 10W

    • 2 or 4 channel options

    • For lights that have an SM connector

    • Reduce the number of cables in your system by using a single LAN cable for power receiving and communication

    • Trigger sequencing mode enables all channels to be simultaneously controlled with 1 trigger

    • Trigger circulation mode enables channels to be turned on in sequence with each trigger input

    • Provides accumulated values of controller power ON duration, total light ON time, and other operation data

CN-EIPT Series

The CN-EIPT series is ideal for applications that require EtherNet/IP communication.

    • Continuous, strobe, or overdrive lighting

    • Lighting output of 40W for continuous and strobe

    • Light output of 5A max/connector or total for 2 channels, 7A max

    • 2 channels

    • For lights that have an SM connector

    • EtherNet/IP, TCP/IP communication only (no manual control)

    • Through the EtherNet/IP network, the following values are available: accumulated trigger count, accumulated lighting duration, and error status

    • You can set and check the lighting mode, trigger logic, ON/OFF settings, light intensity, strobe time, and lighting delay

PJ2 Series

The PJ2 is a controller series dedicated to the HLV3/HLV2 series spot lights.

    • Continuous lighting

    • Lighting output 38VA or 68VA

    • 2 or 4 channel options

    • For lights that have an SM connector

    • Ethernet or parallel external control

    • Parallel communication cable: EXCB2-M20-3

    • Base brackets: BK-PD3

CC-PJ Series

The CC-PJ controller is a simple dedicated control unit for the HLV3/HLV2 series spot lights.

    • Continuous, ON/OFF, or strobe lighting

    • Output current 700mA

    • 1 channel

    • For HLV lights that have an SM connector

    • No external control

  • External signal cable: NFCB2-CC-3
